Watford FCs Kids go Head2Head

Watford FCs younger kids (U13/14) go Head2Head in a juggling contest. Will the kid with the dodgy hair style come out on top? Looks like the guy who lines the fields ran him over. DW

U14 Swoosh Boys Take Busch Gardens Classic Tournament

U14 Swoosh boys finished first over the weekend in the Busch Gardens Classic Soccer Tournament at the Warhill Soccer Complex in Williamsburg, VA. The team advanced to the title on a points system, edging out the competition in the last match Sunday.

The U16 Swoosh girls also had a successful weekend, falling short to a registered U19 team in penalty kicks in the final. The U16 girls ended up taking 2nd place.

Virginia Rush Developmental/Advanced Coaches Clinic

On behalf of the Virginia Rush Staff, we would like to thank all our coaches and teams who attended the coaches clinic on August 23. Your participation in the event made it a success.

Coaches who could not make it to the coaches clinic can pick up their coaches packets, team ball, team uniforms and coaches shirt at the Rush office during normal hours of operations.

Va Rush 14 Nike Boys @ Colorado Rush Open

The 14 Nike Boys started the fall 08 season out in Colorado! The team went 2-1-1, caught an MLS game at Dick's Sporting Goods Park, and meet Colorado Rapids standout and former Colorado Rush player Collin Clark! A great trip for the boys. Check out some of the action!

Rush XI at PSA World Championships

The Rush XI, the only American team entered into the 2008 PSA World Youth Tournament, came away with the Championship after downing Blackburn Rovers 2-1 in overtime.

Even considering the multiple National Championships, this is the greatest victory in the history of the Rush! Players from 5 Rush clubs comprised the Rush XI.

Congrats to A Vaughn, T Saunders and R Diaz for representing VA Rush as part of the Rush XI.
